These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scottsdale Wheel Repair website, operated by Contractors Choice Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of This Site
This website is provided to help drivers learn about wheel and rim repair services and request quotes. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote or contact request.
2. Quotes Are Estimates, Not Final Pricing
Any price, estimate, or turnaround time shown on this website or given by text, phone, or email is preliminary and based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing and timing are confirmed once we've physically inspected the wheel — actual damage severity, hidden cracks, or additional repair needs discovered during service may change the price or scope of work. No repair work begins until you approve the final quote.
3. Repair Warranty
Refinishing and powder coating work is covered by our 12-month warranty against peeling or chipping under normal use, as described on the relevant service pages. This warranty does not cover damage from subsequent curb strikes, impacts, road debris, or normal wear. Structural repairs (welding, straightening) are inspected and tested before delivery, but we cannot guarantee against future damage from new impacts or road hazards.
4. Repair Limitations & Recommendations
Not every wheel can be safely repaired. If we determine that damage is too severe, too close to a structural area, or otherwise unsafe to repair, we will recommend replacement instead and are not obligated to perform a repair we believe is unsafe. You are responsible for the decision to proceed with repair versus replacement based on our recommendation.
5. Intellectual Property
The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Contractors Choice Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractors Choice Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the information on it.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
